The main business of Hefei Safekeso precison Mechanical Co., Ltd. is: Multi-variety and small-batch precision parts processing service. Business features: Quick sample preparation. KESO Precision Machinery was established in 2016, and the plant site has been relocated to Zhangjiakou East Garden Aerospace Industry Port in 2018. The new factory is the first automatic production factory invested by KESO. Total investment completed by 2020: 1500000000 yuan, designed annual output value of the factory: 300000000 yuan. We are responsible for the operation and investment of KESO brand. From 2016 to 2024 it has invested in three companies, Beijing KESO Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (research and development of intelligent manufacturing technology) and Zhangjiakou Jipuhua Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (intelligent manufacturing factory), Hefei Safekeso precison Mechanical Co., Ltd. (Overseas Marketing)
In July 2018, Zhangjiakou Jipuhua Factory starts to equip its own research and development equipment - five-axis automatic loading CNC and standardized interfaces for various parts. Core competence of Beijing KESO Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.: Ability to deliver samples quickly and the unattended factory technology in the trial production stage of precision parts.
We are a high-tech enterprise with dozens of patents and software copyrights. The products developed are all serving for quick proofing and efficient automatic production. Jipuhua Factory has been equipped with multi-axis CNC and flexible production units, sample manufacturing has been streamlined, and single machine has effectively utilized nearly 90 % of working hours. In order to improve efficiency, the Company has done a lot of things from 2016 to 2024. We have added manipulators, equipped with five-axis turn-milling centers, and improved the digital production management system, including addition of the production execution system. In the field of rapid proofing in mechanical processing, we are an earlier team in China. We have found a feasib.
